This issue presents a collection of seven original research articles bridging theoretical mathematics and practical applications across multiple disciplines.

Theoretical contributions include a new framework for weighted Besov-Triebel-Lizorkin type spaces with novel embeddings and characterizations, tridiagonal matrix representations of generalized bivariate complex polynomials offering computational advantages, and new identities and properties of Jacobsthal and Jacobsthal-Lucas numbers enriching special sequence theory.

Applied research addresses optimal reinsurance strategies in the Cramér-Lundberg model incorporating investment and transaction costs, a stochastic agent-based modeling framework for infectious respiratory diseases with combined interventions for public health decision-making, and a modified fractional mathematical model of Listeria infection from pre-cooked packaged food analyzed via the Homotopy Analysis Method.

Fractional calculus innovations feature prominently, with studies on nonlinear impulsive fractional differential equations using the Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo derivative, establishing existence and stability results.

Collectively, these seven articles provide a coherent snapshot of current progress, offering robust methodological tools and insightful applications for researchers in applied mathematics, computational science, actuarial science, epidemiology, and food safety.
