Analysis of the Impact of Artificial Intelligence Applications on Enhancing Green Innovation Performance: A Case Study of Condor - Air Conditioning Division

Abstract

To emphasize the importance of balancing environmental needs with the requirements for achieving competitive excellence, the researchers focused on the contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in achieving equilibrium between these requirements. Thus, the researchers aimed to study the impact of AI applications on enhancing green innovation performance by using a sample of 100 employees from Condor's air conditioning branch. The data collected via a questionnaire distributed to the study sample were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).


 It was found that the use of Artificial intelligence has an impact on the two dimensions of green innovation performance, namely green product innovation and green process innovation, in addition to a very high level of practice of both variables in the company under study.
