Abstract

This study examines the impact of electronic marketing (e-marketing) on the performance of tourism agencies in Algeria, with a particular focus on Constantine. It explores how digital transformation and the adoption of modern information and communication technologies contribute to the growth of the tourism sector, a critical avenue for diversifying national income. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, the study evaluates the extent to which e-marketing strategies are implemented by Algerian tourism agencies Specifically in Constantine and identifies the challenges they face. The findings reveal a positive but limited effect of e-marketing on agency performance, hindered by obstacles such as inadequate digital infrastructure and limited expertise. The study recommends strengthening digital marketing capabilities, improving infrastructure, and ensuring each agency operates a comprehensive online platform to enhance service promotion and customer engagement
