Abstract
: The purpose of this research paper is to evaluate the level of quality of health services in public hospital institutions in Algeria during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, where we developed four hypotheses that predict the level of quality of health service provided during the period of the spread of the epidemic, and 160 patients were surveyed in the Ibn Badis University Hospital and Abdelhafid Boujemaa Hospital (Elbir) in Constantine, considering that most of the interests of the two hospitals have been transferred to Covid-19 patients, and based on the SPSS V26 program, a set of results were reached, which supported the hypotheses of the study The most important of which is that the public hospital institutions under study, despite the problems and difficulties they faced during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, provided an acceptable level of quality of health services, and in light of the results achieved, we find that the secret of maintaining these institutions on the quality and quality of their services is related to the extent of their adaptation to the various changes that occur in their environment.
