The Role of the Institution’s Project as a Philosophy of Management by Objectives in Improving the Performance of the Health Institution: a Case Study of the University Hospital Center in Constantine

Abstract

The institution’s project represents a qualitative shift in the administration and management of the institution as a modern administrative philosophy in the health institution. Therefore, its application at the level of the Algerian health institution requires qualification for all stakeholders in the institution and its external environment, in order to reduce the risk of change in the administrative style, and this is what we reached in our field study in University Hospital Center in Constantine, while noting the necessity of adopting the method of continuous evaluation in the management of the health institution and its therapeutic services during several stages, publishing the results achieved without modifying or falsifying them, highlighting the interim changes in all functions and interests in the health institution and highlighting the resulting improvements, and working to motivate all Partners and stakeholders in the institution and to persuade others to engage in the endeavor of the institution’s project, while developing an inventory of the situations that require special focus and attention in the partial projects of the health institution project, in order to overcome the difficulties and problems that obstruct the completion of the project in the field, and in order to move forward towards a better health outcome. .
